Revolving Loan Program to Purchase a Reliable Vehicle
  • Offers a $3000 - $4000 loan at 0%
  • Buyer responsible for tax, title and license, and a one time administrative fee.
  • Must provide proof of full coverage insurance
Repair Program
  • Receive a voucher that covers up to 75% of the repair up to $5000
  • Be required to pay 25% of the repair
  • Will be required to participate in carpooling or volunteer drive for 6 months.

New Freedom - Disability Program

Not Available in La Crosse County
  • Offers mileage assistance in the form of voucher to those eligible
  • Voucher can pay friends and family the federal reimbursement rate.
  • Vouchers can pay service providers their rates for transportation.
  • A mileage sheet is required.
Other   Can help with obtaining a bicycle, earning or reinstating a drivers license, vehicle registration and vehicle adaptive devices
